High school: Was Washington's "Mr. Basketball" and a Parade All-America selection at Bothell High School.

College: UCLA. Played one season, started only one game, but was named to the Pac-12 all-freshman team.

Drafted: 13th overall in 2014 by the Wolves.

As a rookie: Started 40 of 77 games, averaged 10.1 points. Won Slam Dunk Contest at the NBA All-Star Weekend. Named to All-NBA Rookie Second Team.

Second season: Won Slam Dunk Contest again and was MVP of the Rising Stars Challenge at All-Star Weekend. Played all 82 games, starting 33, and averaged 14.0 points.
