What: A 1930s Minneapolis bungalow is updated with a modern back-of-the-house addition.
Size: Main floor: 1,180 square feet (900 existing, plus 280 new). Second floor: 1,075 square feet. Partially finished basement: 1,142 square feet (900 existing, plus 242 new).
