What: A California-style ranch house remodeling completed in four phases over 12 years.

Size: Phase one: Added screen porch, 224 square feet. Rebuilt existing decks. Phase two: Remodeled the lower-level bath, laundry, office space, 189 square feet. Phase three: Remodeled the kitchen, 130 square feet, and extended entry, 72 square feet. Phase four: Added to and renovated above-the-garage space, 182 square feet, and remodeled existing space, 459 square feet.
