The state's new health insurance exchange, MNsure, launches Tuesday, but there's plenty of time for those who don't already get coverage through an employer to shop for insurance. This is the kickoff of an open enrollment period for coverage that begins Jan. 1. Consumers have until March 31 to buy coverage before facing potential fines if they don't have coverage.
