The Thursday morning rush hour was fairly routine with only a handful of crashes and the usual amounts of congestion in the usual spots.

No major delays developed anywhere on the system. The late rush hour produced a couple of lane blocking crashes, but even those cleared quickly. They were on westbound 94 at Cedar Avenue and northbound 35W at Cliff Road.

A reminder that St. Paul is asking residents to move their cars of north/south streets today so plows can clean off the streets. On Friday plows will tackle east/west streets. The request is voluntary and nobody will be ticketed or towed for not complying. But your help would be greatly appreciated, the St. Paul Public Works Department says.
