One lane of eastbound Hwy. 10 has reopened at Hanson Blvd. in Coon Rapids. Authorities had shut it down for about 30 minutes to rescue a man who was found injured and lying on railroad tracks below at Egret Blvd.
Aircare has departed the scene, and so have all the emergency vehicles.
