A crash on eastbound I-94 at Cretin Avenue has traffic slowing in the immediate area. Meanwhile, a wreck on westbound 94 at Snelling Avenue appears to have cleared.
All other crashes have cleared out and congestion has loosened on most major routes. Look for some slowdowns along the Bloomington Strip, westbound Crosstown between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 100 and along the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
