An 81-year-old Buffalo man was killed Friday night in a rollover crash involving a teenage driver in Wright County, authorities said.
Around 8 p.m. Friday, a 15-year-old student driver was heading west on Hwy. 55 near Calder Avenue NE in an SUV when she tried to change lanes, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. As she veered over, her SUV struck a car the man was in, causing it to go off the road and roll.
The victim’s name has not yet been released.
The other driver, identified as a 15-year-old Delano girl, was accompanied by a 46-year-old woman and two teenage boys from Independence, according to State Patrol. None was injured.
