8 a.m. update: Current drive times

Southbound Hwy. 169 is going from bad to worse. A new crash has happened near Hwy. 55. And that goes with on on the right shoulder at Medicine Lake Road.

Southbound 494 is moving at a snail's pace from Bass Lake Road down to 394. And Hwy. 100 is not much better. It's all due to road work.

A three-car crash on the left shoulder of westbound 94 has traffic very slow from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul.

And northbound Hwy. 52 comes to a near stop at Plato Blvd. It is locked up all the way to 7th Street.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 15 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 29 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 17 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 32 minutes.
