8 a.m. update: Current drive times

Be prepared for a ramp jam from eastbound Hwy. 55 to northbound/eastbound Hwy. 5/W.7th Street near Ft. Snelling. On W.7th Street, traffic is single lane across the Mississippi River bridge. That has traffic jammed from the Hwy. 55/5 interchange up to St. Paul Avenue.

Three wrecks on I-694 eastbound/southbound at Century Avenue, Hwy. 36 and Hwy. 5 have cleared.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is not sporting any crashes, and the new lane configuration is not yet in place. But traffic still runs foul from Glenwood Avenue down to Excelsior Blvd. Northbound slows at Excelsior but picks up the pace at Cedar Lake Road.

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 14 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 24 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 9 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes
