The issues slowing down commuters at this hour include a stall that just was pushed out of the center lane on eastbound 394 at Louisiana Avenue. This has traffic bogging down at Hwy. 169.

In Minneapolis, it's a stall jamming things up for drivers on northbound 35W in the infamous curve at I-94.

One other trouble spot includes eastbound 94 just past Snelling Avenue. A crash has moved to the right shoulder.
