The tie-up on westbound I-494 from Penn Avenue to Hwy. 100 is due to a stalled car in the center lane just past France Avenue.

While crashes on southbound 169 at Rockford Road in New Hope and westbound 94 at 7th Street in downtown St. Paul have cleared, traffic is very still slow in those areas.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 9 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 11 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 20 minutes.
