A fresh fender bender on eastbound 94 on the south end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel is creating a gawker effect. The result is traffic is creeping along from 7th Street. Look for some ramp congestion from eastbound 394.

In the west metro, the crash that had southbound 494 down to a single lane at 394 has cleared. Traffic is still parked back at Rockford Road. This one will take a good 20 minutes to get any sustained momentum.
