Commuters on southbound 494 in Maple Grove are at a standstill just south of the Fish Lake Interchange. Things loosen a bit at Rockford Road. Plan on 20 minutes from I-94 down to 394.
It's still parked on westbound Hwy. 36 from Hwy. 61 to 35W, so plan on 18 minutes there.
Southbound Hwy. 100 jams at Duluth Street and the thick traffic remains in place down to Excelsior Blvd.
