Police officers have arrived on the Ruth Street bridge over I-94 on the east side of St. Paul. At one point there was a report of a man who may have threatened to jump.

Police officers have arrived on the Ruth Street bridge over I-94 on the east side of St. Paul. At one point there was a report of a man who may have threatened to jump. A man was seen leaving the bridge and walking toward Suburban Avenue, according to scanner reports.

Traffic on I-94 has not been affected thus far.
