It's taken a long time, but traffic is flowing at a decent clip now on eastbound 94 from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to Hwy. 280. That is now only 7 minutes. An earlier crash had everything bound up back to Lowry Avenue.

Look for tight traffic from Lowry to the tunnel.

Congestion is still hampering the drive on northbound 35W from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. The same is true on southbound 494 from Rockford Road to 394 and on southbound 169 from 42nd Avenue to Cedar Lake Road.

Southbound Hwy. 100 jams from Glenwood Avenue to Excelsior Blvd.

Southbound 35W has pockets of slow-and-go traffic from County 88 to Washington Avenue. And southbound 35E moves around 30 miles per hour from Little Canada Road to Pennsylvania Avenue.
