A new wreck on the ramp from southbound 35W to westbound 94 has traffic on 35W coming to a grind as far back as Hwy. 280.

A new wreck on the ramp from southbound 35W to westbound 94 has traffic on 35W coming to a grind as far back as Hwy. 280.

On westbound 94, a new center lane blocking crash at Cedar Avenue has traffic cramming up near Franklin Avenue. Ahead, mishaps are snarling traffic at Hiawatha Avenue and 11th Street.

Eastbound creeps along from Olson Hwy. past a crash at LaSalle Avenue.
