A crash that has had the left lane of westbound 94 blocked for the past 45 minutes at County Road 17B in Lake Elmo has traffic at a standstill four miles back to near Hwy. 95. Plan on 25 minutes from there to reach downtown St. Paul.
In Burnsville, a center-lane blocking crash on northbound 35W at 113th Street has traffic at a standstill from Burnsville Pkwy. It's 34 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
In the north metro, a wreck on southbound 35W at County Road H has traffic creeping along from 95th Avenue. It's 27 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
