One lane on westbound 94 at 5th Avenue in downtown Minneapolis is still leading to a backup beginning at Riverside Avenue.

It's a 20 minute delay on westbound 94 due to a crash in the center lane at 5th Street.

Congestion persist on 35E southbound from Roselawn Av. to downtown St. Paul
It's also heavy on southbound 35W southbound from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280 and northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. to 106th St. and 46th St. to downtown Minneapolis.
Hwy. 36 westbound is creeping along from 35E to Fairview Av.; it's also slow on 494 eastbound from 169 to Hwy. 100.
“They’re stealing from us … You’ve got to increase the penalty on these crimes. These are crimes against children, in my opinion,” Walz said.
