8:30 a.m. update: Much better on 169 in Shakopee

Congestion has loosened considerably on northbound Hwy. 169 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Delays are now starting at County Road 18. It's 10 minutes up to 494. Earlier delays has started prior to Canterbury Road.

We also have a pair of crashes on the Crosstown, eastbound at Hwy. 100 and westbound at Lyndale Avenue.
