Traffic is still moving very slow on eastbound 94 from 7th Street past a crash on the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel near Hennepin Avenue.

Speeds are well below the posted on northbound 35W from 50th Street into downtown Minneapolis. That trip is still at 13 minutes.
