8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

MnDOT said it was going to close northbound Hwy. 52 at Plato Blvd. at 8:15 a.m. to remove a stalled semi that is carrying chlorine, but the right lane is still open. The jam has subsided a bit with the line up beginning at Butler Avenue.

A crash on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at Rockford Road has traffic crawling from the Fish Lake Split past the scene.

Over on northbound Hwy. 169, a pair of wrecks have cleared. Look for slow traffic between Hwy. 101 and I-494.

The jam on northbound I-35W in Burnsville still in place even through a wreck at 113th Street is now gone. Plan on sluggish conditions from Burnsville Pkwy. up to 98th Street.
