8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Basketball fans are starting to descend on downtown Minneapolis as the Boys' State tournament gets underway today at Target Center. Be on the look out for pedestrians and extra school buses in the area.

On the roads leading to downtown Minneapolis, look for a semitrailer truck and a State Trooper in the apex where I-394 splits off from eastbound 94.

There's word of some delays on southbound Hwy. 252 between Hwy. 610 and 77th Avenue. A crash was reported in the area.

A minor mishap on the right shoulder of eastbound 394 at Hwy. 169 has created a knot approaching the scene. But things flow fine from Hwy.100 into downtown Minneapolis.

ANd look out for this wreck on Hwy. 55 at Hwy. 100. It's just west of the interchange.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 12 minutes. Eastbound is 11 minutes.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 13 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 12 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 14 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 14 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 26 minutes.

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road to 494: 9 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 5 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 14 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 8 minutes
