A few brake lights are coming on for those heading west on I-494 between Cedar Avenue and 35W. A new crash at Nicollet Avenue is to blame.

Elsewhere traffic is still thick on northbound 35W from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis and on eastbound 394 from General Mills Blvd. to Dunwoody Blvd.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 10 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 13 minutes
