8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Cedar Avenue in both directions at Old Shakopee Road continues to be the biggest trouble spot on the system. A rollover in the southbound lanes has lots of emergency vehicles on the scene. Word is the driver has been extricated from the vehicle.

That has southbound traffic sluggish from 494 past the scene. In the northbound lanes, the gawker effect has kicked in and traffic drags from Diffley Road.

Elsewhere, look out for a stalled car in the HOT lane of northbound 35W at 38th Street in Minneapolis.

And a stalled truck has the right lane of eastbound 94 blocked inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 6 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 10 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 17 minutes.

Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road to 494: 10 minutes
