8:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Southbound I-494 from the Fish Lake Interchange down to Rockford Road is running well below the posted speeds mainly due to a crash at the railroad bridge north of Rockford. The good news is that all the activity has been pushed over to the right shoulder and the left lane is now fully open.

Traffic is flowing much better on northbound 35W from Burnsville to the Crosstown.A crash on the right shoulder at 82nd Street has just cleared.

Elsewhere we have some congestion on westbound Crosstown from I-35W to France Avenue through Edina and on westbound 94 from 35E to about Snelling Avenue.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 14 minutes. Eastbound is 11 minutes.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 12 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 14 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 11 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 23 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 11 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 20 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 7 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 7 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 6 minutes
