8:15 a.m. update: Stacked up on I-94 in the tunnel

Traffic is at a halt on eastbound I-94 from West Broadway to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A stall is blocking the right lane inside the tunnel.

Traffic is at a halt on eastbound I-94 from West Broadway to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A stall is blocking the right lane inside the tunnel.

Better news for southbound 35W drivers. A wreck at County Road H just cleared but traffic is still knotted up from Lake Drive past the scene.
