A stalled vehicle is up against the left land guard rail on northbound 35W at Park Avenue in Minneapolis.
A new crash is blocking the right shoulder on 35W northbound at 82nd Street in Bloomington.
Elsewhere, here is where you will find heavy traffic:
Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 94, up to 30 minutes is needed.
You'll need 20 minutes on wesbound 694 from 35E to 35W; the closure of the ramp to westbound Hwy. 10 might be to blame. The detour takes drivers to 35W.
You'll find the usual slowdowns on 35W southbound from County Road 10 to Hwy. 280 and 494 in both directions between Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
And there is some congestion on southbound Hwy. 169 from Bass Lake Road to Plymouth Avenue in New Hope.
The governor said it may be 2027 or 2028 by the time the market catches up to demand.
