On northbound Cedar Avenue, look for a stall on the right shoulder at Old Shakopee Road. It's 15 minutes from 35E up to the Crosstown.
On westbound 94, a center lane blocking crash has traffic stacked up back near Dale Street. It's 22 minutes from 35E over to 35W.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is plugged up from 35E to 35W. That is 17 minutes.
Southbound 35W is crawling along from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is 23 minutes.
It's bumper to bumper on the Crosstown in both directions from Portland Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is 18 minutes.
I-694 is bunched up in both directions from Silver Lake Road over to 35E. Plan on 16 mintues there.
