Emergency personnel are still working to clear a rollover crash on northbound 694 at Hwy. 36 in Oakdale. A vehicle left the road and went down a hill. The right lane is blocked and traffic is backed up to Hwy. 5. Plan on a good 15 minutes to get past the scene.

In the northwest metro, rain and wet roads are contributing to a slow roll from Rogers to the Fish Lake interchange in Maple Grove. The delays begin at County Road 81. There are a few breaks in the congestion, but things are slow all the way to 94.

The usual congestion is in place on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is 15 minutes.

And it's crowded on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694. That is 10 minutes.
