Road work was likely the culprit for the big delays in Elk River on eastbound Hwy. 10, but it appears as if the lanes are back open and traffic is moving again.

On eastbound Hwy. 13, the traffic signal at Washburn Avenue is holding up commuters. There is a nice long line there.

Northbound Hwy. 169 continues to move swiftly across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Perhaps the closure of the Hwy. 13/101 ramp to Northbound 169 is the reason. Only minimal delays from County 18 to Old Shakopee Road.

Northbound 35W is creeping along from County Road 42 up to 110th Street. To reach the Crosstown, plan on 20 minutes or more.

Steer clear of a traffic stop on southbound Hwy. 52 at Plato Blvd. Northbound traffic is unaffected.
