A fender bender on the right shoulder of southbound I-35W at Hennepin Avenue has just cleared. What has not is the backup it caused. Look for tight traffic back to County Road C, that's north of Hwy. 280.

Westbound Hwy. 36 knots up around Snelling Avenue due to the congestion on south I-35W. Plan on an extra five minutes on both routes.
