As the clean up of debris that fell off a truck on northbound I-35W at 7th Street continues, the lane closure is having a ripple effect on both eastbound 94 and eastbound 394.
Eastbound 394 is clogged from General Mills Blvd. into downtown Minneapolis.
Eastbound 94 is creeping along from Olson Hwy. over to 35W.
On westbound 94, debris in the lane at Hamline Avenue has traffic knotted up starting at Dale Street.
Elsewhere, look for a stall on southbound Hwy. 169 at 49th Avenue and a crash on northbound Hwy. 169 in Shakopee at Canterbury Road
