In turn, look for bumpers and brake lights on eastbound 394 from Penn Avenue into downtown Minneapolis.

Other trouble spots include southbound 35W from County Road 10 to County Road 88. A crash is on the right shoulder at County Road E2.

Minor slow downs for drivers on westbound Hwy. 36 are resulting from a wreck at Lexington Avenue.
