The good news is that a crash on eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue has been moved out of the traffic lanes. The bad news is that traffic is at a near standstill from Cedar Avenue back to 7th Street north of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
In turn, look for bumpers and brake lights on eastbound 394 from Penn Avenue into downtown Minneapolis.
Other trouble spots include southbound 35W from County Road 10 to County Road 88. A crash is on the right shoulder at County Road E2.
Minor slow downs for drivers on westbound Hwy. 36 are resulting from a wreck at Lexington Avenue.
