A crash blocking the right lane on southbound 35W at County Road 10 is what is leading to this mess. Traffic is stopped cold at Hwy. 10 with slow downs beginning at Lake Drive.

In Brooklyn Park, the mayhem on southbound Hwy. 169 at I-94 is history. Traffic is moving well past the scene, but it does bunch up to the south near Medicine Lake Road. Things remain tight down to Cedar Lake Road.
