Road work has the Mendota Bridge down to one lane in each direction, and the traffic impact is wide spread.

Eastbound Crosstown comes to a near stop at 43rd Avenue. Westbound Hwy. 55 creeps along from Mendota Heights Road and westbound Hwy. 110 is backed up back to I-35E.
