A left-lane blocking crash in downtown Minneapolis on westbound 94 at LaSalle has cleared and all lanes are back open.
That created a major traffic jam back to Hwy. 280, so it will take some time for traffic to recover.
Relief also will be slow in coming for northbound 35W drivers from 50th Street to downtown Minneapolis due to the lineup on the ramp to westbound 94 blocking traffic at Lake Street.
