A disabled truck is blocking the right shoulder on southbound 494 at Tamarack Road in Woodbury.
Police are dealing with a stalled vehicle blocking the ramp from eastbound 94 to Weaver Lake Road in Maple Grove.
Things have improved on southbound 35E. It's 17 minutes from County Road J to Maryland Avenue.
The news isn't as good on southbound 35W. It's still 20 minutes from County Road I to Hwy. 280.
In the south metro, look for congestion on northbound 35W from County 42 to the Minnesota River.
Things are moving below the posted speeds on northbound 35E from 494 to Grand Avenue.
