A fender bender on southbound Hwy. 100 at Hwy. 55 is not helping the traffic flow through Golden Valley and St. Louis Park. Things are at a crawl from 36th Avenue in Robbinsdale through the work zone the runs from Cedar Lake Road to Excelsior Blvd. Add another 7 minutes to the normal drive time.
Southbound 169 is locked up from Rockford Road to Cedar Lake Road. The construction on 494 has traffic creeping along from Rockford Road to 394.
