7:45 a.m. update: Stagnation on Hwy. 100

It was bound to happen, southbound Hwy. 100 is barely moving from I-394 down to Excelsior Blvd while northbound sputters from Hwy. 7 up to Minnetonka Blvd. This is all due to the construction zone that has the highway reduced to two lanes in each direction.

It was bound to happen, southbound Hwy. 100 is barely moving from I-394 down to Excelsior Blvd while northbound sputters from Hwy. 7 up to Minnetonka Blvd. This is all due to the construction zone that has the highway reduced to two lanes in each direction.

Over in Lake Elmo, look out for a two-car crash on Manning Avenue north of I-94.
