7:45 a.m. update: Crash, stall create traffic knot on I-94 in St. Paul

A rear-end crash taking out the left lane of westbound 94 between White Bear Avenue and Hwy. 61 is keeping traffic knotted up on St. Paul's east side.

A rear-end crash taking out the left lane of westbound 94 between White Bear Avenue and Hwy. 61 is keeping traffic knotted up on St. Paul's east side.

An earlier stall at Mounds Blvd. has moved to the right shoulder, so once you pass this mess, expect slow and go traffic into downtown St. Paul.

Trip time from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul is now at 17 minutes.
