It looks like a broken down vehicle on the right shoulder of westbound Hwy. 36 at Cleveland Avenue is causing passersby to slow and gawk. That has drivers hitting the brakes from Lexington Avenue past the scene.

Elsewhere, you'll be traveling at close to the posted speeds in most places. A few execptions where you'll find off and on congestion are:

Southbound 494 from Bass Lake Road to 49th Avenue.

Both directions of the Crosstown from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to County Road 96

Northbound 35W from the Minnesota River up to 86th Street.

Westbound 94 from Ruth Street to I-35E.
