This mishap taking out the center lane on northbound I-35W at 113th Street is causing quite a mess for south metro commuters.

Traffic crams up south of Hwy. 13 and remains tight up to the Minnesota River.

In Minneapolis, look for a fender bender on eastbound 394 at Penn Avenue. Traffic is still flowing decent from Hwy. 100. Plan on 10 minutes from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis.
