Aside from congestion approaching a stall in the left lane at Dale Street, traffic is flowing much better between Snelling and downtown Minneapolis. A rash of crashes and stalls had plugged up traffic for more than a hour, but those have all cleared.
Northbound 35W looks great, except for a crash on the right shoulder at Hwy. 13. Drivers will tap the brakes from Burnsville Pkwy. up to Black Dog, but it's smooth sailing to the north of that.
Westbound Hwy. 36 sputters a bit from Dale Street to Snelling, making for a 9 minute trip from Hwy. 61 to 35W.
