Police activity is jamming traffic on northbound Cedar Avenue from County 42 up to 35E in Apple Valley and Eagan.

The big knots are in the northeast metro. Construction that has southbound I-35E down to two lanes between 694 and Maryland Avenue is leading to delays along that stretch, and backing up traffic on westbound 694 from Hwy. 61 over to the west junction of 35E and 694.
