Commuters in Brooklyn Park are waiting in line on southbound Hwy. 169. A crash near I-94 just moved to the right shoulder, but traffic is jammed from 77th Avenue down to 63rd Avenue.

Look for lots of activity on the ramp form Penn Avenue to westbound Crosstown. One went through a fence on the right side of the ramp while a second ended up in the median on the left.
