The Crosstown is looking quite crowded with westbound tight from 28th Avenue to I-35W and eastbound from Gleason Road to Hwy. 100 and again from Penn Avenue to I-35W.

Traffic levels are building on southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Hwy. 7 and westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul.
