Somehow a motorist got tangled up in the cable median on southbound 35W at County Road 23 in Lino Lakes. A squad with flashing lights is blocking the left lane and shoulder. This is not causing any delays.

Traffic is still free flowing on mainline routes, though you might have to tap the brakes every so often as pockets of congestion could develop as we hit the peak of the rush in the next few minutes.
