A traffic jam is starting to form on southbound Hwy. 100. It's bumper to bumper from Cedar Lake Road through the work zone down to 36th Street. Northbound does not seem to have the same issues, but do expect to tap the brakes from Execlsior Blvd. up to Barry Street.
