Surprisingly, this car vs. semi crash on the right shoulder of northbound I-35W at Hwy. 13 is not causing any traffic problems. Commuters are moving right along from Burnsville through Bloomington.
In Rogers, an early morning car vs. semi crash on southbound Hwy. 101 at 141st Avenue plugged up traffic. The crash cleared quite a while ago, but the congestion remains firmly in place with delays from County 37 to I-94.
The rest of the metro is moving well without any setbacks of note.
